I love this manhua for a comedy bl it's a cute story EXCEPT after 200 chapters they focused soo much on side stories n side charectors they forgot the mc,ml and their families Sorry I am not a fan of side charectors overpowering main charectors, they can get seperate spinoff series i will gladly read it but it felt like author forgot the mc n ml they only mentioned in mini theatre n last chapter about their lives, i kind of felt like the focus should be more on their lives since the title whose baby is it??? N also bro what's with the child growing upto become a love I just can't digest it, one moment they are brothers and next moment they are lovers which is really weird any ways the story revolving around the mc and ml families are really sweet i will always reread again upto 200 chapters after that I will skip sorry I can't read it again
