I wish there was make supporting story about the MC’s childhood, to backup his inability to differentiate between abuse and play and craving for more pain , even though he was getting badly sick or hurt .
I dont know , but while reading the whole story , i was always confused about why the bottom’s kink was so hardcore cnc . Usually people craving from this crazy level cnc and unable to differentiate between abuse and play , roots from childhood abuse or childhood sa . But i dont think he had that form of any childhood. But still he developed this characteristic, which was kind of weird. If story like this was mentioned as a background story for how the MC developed his personality, or his urges and wishes and these issues ; then maybe psychologically it was make more sense , and would contribute to the full character development. Bcz from the first chapter only , him calling that staker and rapist guy - had raped him , yet in the internal monologue it was written as if he enjoyed the sex - was very cnc , yet , i did not understand why he had to go to that extent to have a kinky cnc sex - when it was cnc for him , but rape from the staler’s side . That urge or desire, cannot just develop on his own, if there was any reason of childhood trauma related, it wouldve made more sense of why he craved for so much intense torture during sex - when even the ML got scared .
