I forgot most of the specific names but the MC, Na-in is the world's equivalent of a prince(?) And he is under the control of Amon who is God/the King, they aren't lovers but they have a complex and toxic dynamic. Then there's Gwen who is one of the servants(?) Who is not from the same world/timeline and he is trying to give hope to Na-in that there is more to his life than being a pawn for Amon. I think. I suck at summaries and I forgot quite a bit of the story sorry. The story and dynamics are very interesting imo.
