For those asking why the game is being played again;
Sarang needs money, so she brings up the idea of playing the Embarrassment Game again. "Can't she just get a job?" No, children in Korea cannot get a job without their parents signature. Why does she need the money? So she doesn't get beat by her abusive father.
Subin is playing again because Jaemin promises to stay by her side. I'm assuming she got swayed by that, and also her current social status, and resumed playing.
For the two dudes, they're really just there to have fun it seems. They're always looking for entertainment, which is why they say "aren't we going to get in trouble?' but then agree to play anyways.
For Jaemin, he's likely playing because of Sarang.
As for Jiwon, he said he would be of help to her. I'm not sure what else happened because he clearly expressed some sort of frustration at her wanting to play the game again, but then at the end, Sarang says he's playing.
There is also the question of just turning in the body. If that were to happen, it would likely look incredibly suspicious that Sarang was keeping it in the first place, and also, she probably has some sort of attachment to her mother. It would likely get her displaced and sent to an orphanage of sorts because she's a minor. Plus, she's clearly mentally ill. If not the orphanage, she would probably be sent to live with her father, which as we know, is not good.
