It seems Eun-Kyeol's memories from his last life are surfacing, but is getting jumbled, at least that's how it seems.
It was already implied that something possessed Sajun in the first life that caused Eun-Kyeol to essentially kill him to stop him from hurting others, and that little glimpse seems to show Sajun was back to normal-in time to tell Eun-Kyeol to end it.
