Right? It really pisses me off. It's sad. His uncle is such a villain, and Takatora is aware about it just as much but he's still a slave to his mentality of wanting to present himself as an ideal man in the eyes of his blood ties and the larger society. As you said, he has so much willpower and the potential to possibly turn tables on the patriarchal structure of his world but he's channeling it into trying to fit in with that instead of defying it to set new standards (easier said than done I know). But he gotta break out of those shackles he's been reinforcing on himself for so many years. Only that will truly liberate him (and also the other omegas).
Anyway, I do hope his assaulter gets kicked to the curb, never to be seen again (though that would go against the harsh unfair world that this story is). But as much as I love this manga, I really want it to have a cathartic conclusion down the line, it's my ardent wish.

There’s a depressing honesty in the way that this series shows how the most that Takatora could do after a workplace sexual assault is to not report it and to personally distance himself from the company that he himself had built. His uncle is still manipulating him, and his assaulter still gets to keep his position at an even higher rung in the corporate ladder. It doesn’t help that Takatora’s been brainwashed into submitting to societal roles, because despite having a strong will, he still subconsciously believes that omegas are inferior and doesn’t push back on the patriarchy because he still WANTS to be part of it even if he hates other alphas.
