I agree with your rating lol. There was potential with the story itself, but what happened was they put the plot twists in a blender with holes and just left it there.
Exactly it would’ve lowkey been better if author-nim spent more time fleshing out the chemistry between the main characters than piling plot twist after plot twist. It came accrocs as just making the villains appear as cartoonishly evil as possible instead of having substance which is sad coz most really had valid motivations. I mean dude just wanted to go home and got stuck in a book coz some loner wanted to play princess for longer. Why would you make him spiral when he could’ve just changed the story back then we find out it’s pointless coz the story now follows a different book like what?????

If Sonatek wanted to go back he could have just used the pen he stole to rewrite the story to how it originally was. It’s stupid to go through all that just so he could be the villain. Also who are the voices the priests supposedly hear???
