Heart is interesting

Everyone’s a toxic mess, this is such an interesting read. Idk I like mutually toxic stories.

I find Heart most interesting cuz we know Henry didn’t really cherish Victor at all, so whenever his heart beats fast when Victor does something, I believe it’s his own feelings! The heart is only there for circulation but Victor craves Henry’s metaphoric heart, so he took his physical one. He knows deep down Henry didn’t love him how he wanted him to, so it’s like his physical claim on him. I believe Heart deluded himself so much that he genuinely fell in love with Victor, his brain is the culprit for that not Henry’s heart! Also, he shows it in the side story where he’s desperate to feel wanted, so he led Victor on even after Henry’s death. He wanted the love Victor had for Henry all to himself. And he justifies it by using the fact that Henry is a horrible person, who wouldn’t even glance in Victor’s direction. But yk what he did was still wrong cause he was playing with Victor’s feelings and took advantage of his vulnerability. I love Heart though, not excusing his actions but he’s an interesting character!

I see people babying Heart but like he folded almost instantly whenever Dick would call him over after he guilted Victor into having sex. Also in the side story, that nature of his is shown more, he knows Victor only likes Henry but he took advantage of that and still fucked him while he was drugged. Don’t forget he pretended to be Henry and even sent Dick’s dick pics to feed into Victor’s “distant lovers” fantasy. Not saying Victor is a good guy, he’s very delusional and selfish! But honestly Heart isn’t all that greater than the rest. If anything Head would be the best because his (cruelly) honest with Victor and gives him what he wants to hear. He uses his cruelty to make Victor understand himself. Yeah he’s mean but remember Victor is crazy just like the rest of them.( ̄∇ ̄")
(I’m opened to other opinions on this!)
