I can understand that getting married truly has no bearing on his capability to work and run the company successfully so being frustrated his family wants it for him to be 'complete' or to gain an 'heir' is understandable. Having your future dictated and the idea of falling into their expectations for him must be very suffocating and frustrating so I can see why he would want to avoid it to 'save face' and prove them wrong.
The issue is when he'll hurt the one he 'loves' to stick it to his parents. He'll only end up hurting himself. Cutting off his nose to spite his face will leave him without her again, unless she's happy to just be his secret girlfriend all her life, which... I mean i wouldn't be happy with that but we're all different eh.
I could understand him always refusing arranged marriages, but now he apparently loves her, to not even entertain bringing her into the family properly, the fact he doesn't want to consider including her in all aspects of his life, does he really love her? Too soon to tell maybe.
