Rereading, Chase is an Idiot

Chase is at the moment assuming his first time was spent with Joshua, but since he can’t differentiate reality and a dream, he’s afraid he didn’t actually do it with him.
First hint it was Joshua, he asked him if he still smoked cigarettes or something in the general area, he said no and that he quit, then looked at Chase stupid.
During the coyotes, he asked Chase how he remembers Joshua, he should’ve just said why honestly, reality or not, if anything he could just claim wet dream or some shit, lol.
He asked Joshua what the C-Section scar was, which he clearly didn’t believe after asking another girl where she got the identical scar for.
Then, after being K’d Chase learns he’s an omega, marked at that, he vividly remembers marking an omega on their right ear, why the fuck has he not questioned that? He also remembers desiring to impregnate the omega which falls under the C-Section scar, and learning he had a son after Issac’s poor excuse to let Joshua let him into his and Pete’s life.
During a rut, they go at it again, obviously…Joshua admits to only having slept with Chase, that would immediately mean Pete is Chase’s son, Joshua clearly wasn’t thinking straight when saying it. Now, the mark still could be from someone else but it should be way too damn convenient to be in the same spot though. Though, he does still think somehow an alpha female could’ve gotten him pregnant? I’m not familiar with how this series completely does the omegaverse scene, but still ain’t got a clue how a female could’ve impregnated Joshua,
