I think the family head is controlling what info the information guild has access to about Lion so it seems like they're being "lax" but really it's just the Asteri family feeding them bread crumbs. I also think that the knowledge about Lion's powers will end up staying within the domain since he has such a close and intimate relationship with everyone and they all know that Lion doesn't want to jeopardize Ryxel's position
Yeah why IS his security so lax? Weren't the grandfather and brother worried about supposed "fly's" buzzing around him because of his connection to the hero's potion and worried about other finding out, so should his security be tighter, I mean Elva is amazing so in essence she should be enough but she already giving hints and spilling secrets hahaha, when he explicitly said he wanted to be unknown, unless there are secret guards we don't know about that show up on the next chapter but, I would have though they would have stopped any Intel from going to Intel guild, very lax which is weird for his position now hahahhaa
