How can y see tags and lists thingy thingy

I just go to a random story, scroll until I see the "popular tags" thing and then press one. Once youre on that page, you can use the search bar to search whatever tags you want. Same with the lists. Click on a list and it will have the tags associated with the list. CLick on that and then you can search for lists. Theres probably an easiet way to do it but thats how I do it lol
