Well mc did go to the timeline when ml hasnt impregnated another omega yet and to him mc just went and cheated with other guys lol ig its some form of suffering, also we don't really know the whole story of the old timeline yet and mc also questioned that the baby(the other omega was carrying) could have not been actually mls kid and etc. etc. Also The main story is not finished yet and maybe we'll see more of what happened in the past in later chapters

Wait, so the mc went to the first tl and told the ml(when he hasn't impregnated another omega) that he cheated?? If so, for what??? I mean... Why can't he just break it off with the ml in the current tl?? He's not doing anything productive by doing that. He's only trying to "satisfy" something in his heart, but in reality.. he can't even fully commit and break it off. Also, even if it's not the ml's child, he still technically shag with them. No, he went to the timeline before they got married and called of their marriage cuz he was still a beta then i think ml went into a rut in the middle of their argument then they had smex and mc woke up surrounded by his relatives and others, then he was told that he became a recessive omega which means that theres still a very low chance of him getting pregnant so he kept it a secret (he still doesn't think that him and ml should get back togethrr cuz him not being able to get pregnant was the start of all the issue in the previous timeline). And he went and tried to find other alphas to keep his hormones stable something like that, yeh not exactly cheating but to mls pov at the current timeline mc just "cheated" on him
