Well seogeum is delusional, Moonjo himself seogeum's can't read the room even when it's plainly obvious that he didn't actually show any interest in seogeum and got internally bothered by his clingy behavior since moonjo is supposed to have a 'nice' personality he didn't openly say how disgusted he is by seogeum's actions so seogeum's love confession became his breaking point
Seogeum's character is delusional but when he was 20 he confessed and got rejected but that rejection was followed by homophobia, manipulation, sexual assault, gaslighting
In that context Seogeum wasn't being delusional
And if Moonjo was really supposed to be nice he wouldn't have done those things
I'm not saying this to defend one of them but it's just the behaviour Moonjo displayed was classic predatory behaviour and these are serious active forms of mental and physical violence (this is a fictional scenario so we can talk so lightly about it) but in real life victim suffers a lot and if we go on and start blaming victim's behaviour (active or passive victim) it makes things difficult
Man, seogeum did stalk moonjo a lot when moonjo was tutoring him he saw moonjo wearing a jacket, took a photo of him wearing the said jacket without his consent and brought the exact same jacket as moonjo and then proceeds to confess his feelings for moonjo when it's obvious that moonjo didn't like him that way
These are moonjo's exact words you follow me around so much that it's annoying and cling to me until i give you attention.
I'm not saying that moonjo is not a predator but seogeum did invade moonjo's private life with his stalking if seogeum minded his own business and focused on his music none of this would've happened

Note:stalking is a punishable offence in response to stalking victim can take following actions
(1) File a complain
(2) Maintain distance or creating boundaries
Making it obvious that you are uncomfortable
(Also stalking can cause serious trauma to the victim)
From the beginning we know Seogeum is a problematic character and his actions are wrong
In case of Tae-in he committed serious offences like stalking and cyberbullying which was wrong and he deserved to be punished (and he did got a police complaint filed against himself)
But since this is fictional and Seogeum & Tae-in somehow managed to form this "relationship" which was consensual (unrealistic)
Now in the case of Moonjo
Initial action by Seogeum weren't right obviously but the following actions by Moonjo were serious crime
If Moonjo was uncomfortable with Seogeum following/stalking him around he should have taken appointment actions
But instead Moonjo resorts to homophobia, humiliation, sexual assault, constant manipulation, pushing Seogeum to self-harm
And Moonjo is doing it again after years of privious incident when this time Seogeum didn't do anything to him
So in case of Moonjo, Seogeum is a victim
Saying Seogeum isn't an innocent victim is wrong
