Unfortunately, no. The ones I kinda remember where pretty toxic or were so long ago, that nothing comes up. ╥﹏╥ Maybe Yokozawa from Sekaichii Hatsukoi? His case is close to Jintae's. Top of the first pair but could not get back to his first love until somebody else from another department snatched him away, a pretty-handsome top. So, he ended up a bottom. That's the closest to "switching" within a wholesome setting, but not switching within the same pair.
Dark Heaven for Manhwa, Anti-Romance, Happy Crappy Life all they do is fuck each other cuz their both bottoms, Kimi no Sumire Your Spring Flower, The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese (and its sequel The Carp on the Chopping Block Jumps Twice) - this one is a fucked up story but really good, Omae ni Zettai Ienai Koto (only fan translation for this one), manua - Take Off. Nope, they stay Top beta x alpha bottom. Looks like many Korean bl works are strict on who is top and bottom after setting their pairs. Almost never seen otherwise unlike some more times in japanese BL mangas.
