These kinda remind me of a smut manga where a girl was transmigrated into a story (or game?) and she went on a journey to collect power and defeat the villain to return to her original world but then in the end she failed and the villain use illusion to make the girl feel that her body was destroyed (or something) and she was scared to death, broke her mind and in the end she was convinced the only thing that will save her was to continuously became a sex slave to the villain. Turn out the villain has been watching her from the start and lowkey bewitched by her determination and will power. So he just watch and sometimes created a little drama to uplift the girl's journey. He also doesnt want for her to return so he created that doomed failed plan for her so she never even think to return to her world anymore. It was years ago i forgot most of the plot lol
