I skipped to the end after reading the comments and yeah if the parents treat them like siblings and they have a BLOOD BABY BROTHER…it’s incest for me. The baby looking like a mix of both of them is like if their parents had met before their original partners and had all three of the boys together. MC looks like mom, ML looks like dad, and baby looks like mom and dad. That’s just too much for me.
