In the end (of the manwha, I don't think I'll ever read the novel) Ilodel falls unconscious for three days, the brothers feel "guilty" and propose leaving to let him free I think BUT Ilodel gets emotional and tells them that he doesn't want to them to leave him alone... the three brothers are blood related btw...
