The story itself is fucked up as we can all see, the amount of people forcing themselves on crochetta and such, But it was a really good read imo the plot really keeps you on hook even though sometimes it makes me not want to read it anymore because of the crown prince, but golly i binge read it at 2 days, The amount of times i cried and felt frustrated for crochetta is a lot. I saw this in a tiktok video and the comments were basically telling me not to read it and its just pure suffering, they're not wrong.. I indeed suffer trying to read this.. like alot.. The story had a plot and thats what i liked about it, ofc it doesn't erase the fact that crochetta basically got sexual harassment every chapter but i guess it contributed to the plot a little..? and showed just how miserable her life is. (i still don't truly support it and i mostly skip those scenes bcs it makes me uncomfortable even in other manhwa's that i read..)
The reasons as to why the male leads acted like that, i understand they're reasonings too but ithink they could do it in another way.. tho i blame her stats too (alil.. since it contributed to how people acted around her and such) The one male lead i truly wanted to die was the crown prince tho, don't get me wrong, i pity him for his reasoning, but since the start he was highkey already a lost cause..</3 There was really reaaaally no saving him, he was fucked up from the start and he even became worse when he locked up crochetta and fed her drugs so she will be immobilized, its a good thing he finally come to his senses but i truly wished him his misfortunes bro. The duke was nice and naive but i really liked him, his character is also alil..fuck up.. but i can see that he cares for fl and i might be a sucker for handsome face and innocent lookint guy's thats why i liked roger from the start</3 i liked how he wasn't like the other 2, sure his not perfect himself but he and crochetta really fits each other before she even became traumatized, Their misunderstandings with each other was so hard to read since it was sad for me (imo) but im glad they made up. Overall it was a very incredible read, alil unsettling and uncomfortable to read but it was nice, i hate the cliff hanger tho.. I hope they fall in love more when crochetta's curse/stats is removed ╥﹏╥
