No I am saying ideum might have attended late because of his surgery. That's how his hs timeline align with jaeyi. But it's just a theory. But that crush features are not matching with jiseong.

Either his crush was jaeyi or he see his crush in jaeyi because the crush looks more like jaeyi . His brother's eye color is different too in the new chapter.
