I know a lot of people hate the ending but to me, it was kinda.... Expected?
Minho doesn't have anyone, I mean ANYONE, no family, no friends. All of them hate him. No money No job No home He have mental problem And all those rape and violence clearly messed up something in his head.
That's why I already predicted he will stay with Wookyung instead, why? 1. Minho knows that Wookyung is the only person who loves him now (Even tho Minho doesn't love him back ofc) 2. Minho was lonely, so instead of suffering alone on the outside, he choose to suffer with Wookyung, even if he do suffer, at least he won't be lonely. 3. Minho can feel that Wookyung really regret his past action and won't repeat the same mistake again, he knows those tears are not only to beg Minho to stay, but he really regret what he did.
The point is both option will not bring Minho happiness, but Minho just choose an option that he think will hurt less.
Oh and just my last advice for you Minho, after you go back with Wookyung, please seek therapy as soon as possible, ofc Wookyung need it too, but Minho need it more to stay alive.
