No, he left the mansion in shock and unsure to do with the strange emotions he was feeling, hence why he went the FSB headquarters. It was only once he realized that the mansion was being attacked did he come flying back in a helicopter to fight the attackers (FSB team), and find Taekjoo who was on the literal brink of death.
