I think the other guy since the text bubble doesn’t have its point thing directed at him (so implied off-panel maybe?) and the expression he makes (blondie) feels like a response rather than it following the text being said as the speaker
definitely blonde because ideum is different than jaeyi in all aspects, so for someone who knows him probably wouldn't expect them to be friends
