from what I remember she was buried under the rubber waiting for the ml and a lot of time has passed and her leg was too broken to be perfectly fixed. So even if she wanted to run away she literally can't . Also her leg was forcibly fixed by her mother's command even though she was against it especially since it'd not only look "hideous" by their standard it would also hinder her walking normally (I dropped the novel after hearing other spoilers)

"If she was smart" lol last I checked being smart doesnt make you invincible. They're bringing her intelligence into question when she's literally unable to move by herself, not for lack of trying as we were able to see right here in this chapter.
“Use this opportunity to fake her death run.” Use the fact that she was snatched up and crushed under boulders to….fake her death.The what if scenario still includes her being snatched up so wat r u talking abt.
If thalia was smart she would have used this opportunity to fake her death and RUN, enough of the fucked up family and constant disappointment from ml just go find your happiness somewhere else
