That makes zero sense. Don't get me wrong, abortion is a fundamental human right, but not for the unpredictable possibility that your child might become a bully?! How's that supposed to work? You gonna go to some shaman to see the future and if they tell you your child is gonna be a bully in school you're gonna abort your otherwise wanted baby?
Whether your child grows up to be a decent human is gonna depend on how you raise them and not on some bully-gene to detect.

Some kids are born evil. And they know, the punishment is less harsh for them when they are underage. There are some chilling cases involving underage criminals, like abduction, tortures and murders in Japan and Korea, throwing acids, arson and reckless driving in Indonesia where their victims are literally died. Yet the law gives lenient deferred jail time or even a mere house arrest for only few years.
This is exactly why abortion is important healthcare because you really never know if your future kid is gonna grow up to be a decent human being or a full-time bully
