i obviously like the ml and mc being together but the ml’s past partner being like “replaced” by the mc is conflicting for me ik that the ml’s previous partner is not being replaced or substituted by mc like that’s one of the whole points but i just feel bad that ml can’t be reunited with him like you got this love story that’s centuries long and it’s just being ended does anyone get what i mean ???
