unless stated otherwise, the general consensus is no. he does not have any genuine love or feelings for baekhee, i think what he enjoys is the sense of control he has on him. he's known baekhee for a really long time so he understands how to exploit his weaknesses better than anyone else. he loves the fact that baekhee can't defy him.
i don't think he cares if he actually likes him back or not, he's just extremely possessive and gets off on the fact that bkh has no support system, no friends, and no one else in the world except for him. he basically owns him, and now all the sudden baekhee has someone that's there for him? he's mad he's losing his grip
