Praying with every fiber of my body and soul that this manga version just sticks to the step brother at the least-est and excludes the blood related sister from the MC's harem , I'd rather a non-related sorta adopted step bro over blood related sibling, I shouldn't even be having to ask, if they wanted him to get with the step sibling just make them more like a normal ward under them that noble families raise in tandem with their own children, but are clearly not labeled 'siblings' as they're usually engaged or to become friends with the noble children
