Maybe it’s not your cup of tea, but there’s actually a story with a similar kinda dynamic called Arelyn Is Sick and Tired. It’s not BL at all (I assume it’s just fanservice from the author), but the MC keeps calling her dad’s closest aide/caretaker “Mom” even though he’s a man. And her dad keeps teasing him about basically becoming his wife lmao.
If you’re into that kinda small fanservice, maybe give it a try!
I actually want THIS storyline Like, imagine a historical BL where there are two dads—one biological and one who basically becomes the adoptive/found-family dad. The mother abandons her child, but these two men both end up protecting and raising them, and somewhere along the way they fall in love with each other. Then they expose the corrupt system, ditch the toxic family drama, and just live together as a happy little family. It would have historical politics, BL, found family, AND two amazing dads. Like PLEASE, someone make this.
