I am amused by the thought that part of getting an erection is blood pressure (that's why ED meds are often meds that increase blood pressure), but if the vampire drinks his blood, the blood pressure probably goes down? So it makes me wonder if it would actually be possible to get an erection in this scenario, depending on how much blood is being sucked out
