I just re-read the season 1 finale and the way Taeho and MC have sex for the first time in the flashbacks is literally the same way our modern timeline couple is having sex on chapter 46, even what MC says and thinks is the same and Taeho too. Also i noticed in the most recent flashback MC is missing the talisman (bracelet) Taeho gave him hence why he didn't save him before and was late..
