Basic salary man is an obsessive ML. He took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. (For men, that can be testicular cancer) But it turns out it's not cancer, he's actually pregnant.
Because he's an obsessive ML, he had his lover chained to his house. And was excited to spend time with him from his days off of cancer. But since there was no cancer, there was no spending time off. His lover (who is trapped) had actually been planning to escape. And he finally did.
We also find out that he's quite the douche of a person, who is a gold digger and a lazy guy who relies on people and doesnt pay them back. So no one is helping him.
Obsessive ML is a basic salary man (as repeated) so he doesn't have the rich man qualities or privileges to find his escaped lover very quickly. So he's just going around asking people, trying to look for him. He ends up at a bus station, exhausted and passed out.
A superior from his work (who is drunk) sees him passed out on the bus bench, and brings him to a bed to assault him.
That is the point where we are at the story currently. (Ch.1-7)
