Not sure but it is a flashback one.. like 26-30th? chapter where Geonmu is telling his half baked past to Theo

and I think Theo respects Geonmu's freedom and ofc if you are going to lock someone up.. that is a suspicious move esp now Geonmu is a spy working for his brother.
