I think the story just made sense to me. What actually caught me off guard was that it was not like any other demon stories out there where the demon was actually nice but was feared just cause they're a demon. It was written right that the author actually commited to the plot of the obsessive manipulative demon who's deeply in love. The father and son dynamic was chef's kiss. Truly a 10/10 dark romance manhwa. Although what's funny is that imagine if this couldve been talked over a cup of tea. Then again the summoning of the swan is a game of gacha In the point of view of an obsessive demon I understand how even if you desperately want to go home for a valid reaaon expect he wont let you.
