I think subconsciously the director interested in Asel however he felt conflicted cuz he kept thinking Asel is just a pitiful kid like his deceased brother. I mean, he always spend his rut alone because his mind stay clear thus he feel disgusted spending it with someone. But, when he heard Asel voice he just snapped. He lure him to come hahaha He also subconsciously masking Asel and showing his pheromones which he didn't realize, these last episodes clearly show it the people around him notice this behavior but the man himself oblivious its funny how a grown man can't realize his own feeling and torture Asel with this passive affection... Im afraid Asel gonna have baby blues after the delivery
