Rereading some chapters I see that Chuljin is really pitiful, he thinks that the people he loves won't choose him and for that he manipulate them so they won't be with his "rivals" (Norman and Bambi), that didn't work with the orange one and that's why he is so desperate with Minwoo but in some way he is not that bad(? He actually helped Sungtaek even before knowing he liked Norman and didn't wanted Bambi to use the orange one for money; his intentions are good (probably) he just don't do it the correct way and he isn't honest with himself
