i wonder if it's because Ban has a history and pretty known for sleeping around with whoever so maybe shinwi being a minor is a lie. Or it applies to South Korea's age system
where someone is considered a minor until December 31st of the year they turn 18, then turning into an adult on January 1 of the year they turn 19.

In chap 7 the junkie guy ban gave drugs for exchange of info about shinwi mentioned that shinwi left the clan 10 months ago and now in chap 29 it mentions he was a legal adult when he made plans to leave the former clan. Like im more convinced that chap 29 left out a mentionin of shinwi *almost* becomin a legal adult and where they are now in the present is him almost havin a bday or smth. Like i do think shinwi is a minor cuz it matches with the way hes been presented and if he wasnt a minor the author woulda showed him engagin in some sort of sexual activity since manhwa authors tend to not draw minors doin that
in chap 8 that one guy told ban that shinwi is a minor so how come theyre sayin hes been a legal adult since he left the old clan and started nytro
