Dp we ever get to know why and who reincarnated him?

I haven't read the novel but if I had to guess, I'd bet on the demonic sect because they'd be the only ones that would have the power with their forbidden arts or something like that. I don't know how or why they would revive the person that killed their leader but I have many theories regarding this topic. I like to think that Chun Ma instructed them to revive him in order to do a rematch of their battle or something. Either that or someone found out that Chun Ma would get revived so they somehow revived Chung Myung since he had defeated the demonic leader before.
