There isn't a love triangle in the traditional sense, but two guys go after the MC. The seme is kind of a red flag and the plot is basically childhood best friends but one developed into an alpha and he drugs the other one to try to turn him into an omega. The art is really beautiful but if themes of non-con aren't your thing, then maybe skip this one.
