I’m pretty sure it just means anything that’s changed due to the toxic fog or whatever you call the air where they’re stuck at. Since all the monsters they fight are technically just “corrupted” regular animals which were mutated.

Ah corrupted means he’s turning back to his “monster” appearance (‘cause all the team mutated into monsters because of the environment. It’s both physical and mental) For the ML, because he appears humanoid it’s mostly a mental thing visible, but the other team members they will often turn back to their monsters self.

Nah, basically being corrupted is like enhancing the negative aspect of a person. It'll be explained further in the story but that's basically the main idea. The more they get swept up by the "flood" or in the manwha they call it an "overflow" the more corrupted an awakened is, to the point that they lose their human mind and somewhat turn into a half human/half monster.
Is corrupted means horny in this universe because.....
