no seme doesn't own it, he came to that bar because he felt familiar with the atmosphere (seme was raised around his gambling addict alcoholic father and he does being in that kind of establishment alot) seme's boss actually also dislike the owner of that vip club. Seme doesn't really have any involvement except as a loyal client and he does sponsor the club and he's the most generous client so the boss of course had a soft spot.
Can someone who has read the novel spoil some of it, my guess is that seme is the one who owns the establishment? And does he save the uke or does he make it worse?
