This is hard to explain, but eventually, Na-In will be with both Gwen and Amon. When he is awake, he will be with Gwen and when he is asleep, he belongs to Amon. If you skim through the comment backlogs, you’ll find more detailed answers. Now, the comic might change, of course. This will make more sense when they explore their backstory.
