Here the spoilers come:
First of all, she understands who he really is, and Theodore decides to take her in as a mistress- he kinda literally locks her in the hotel where he was staying. She is pregnant indeed - as anticipated in the last chapter - but she doesn't tell him and instead she gets aware that he is engaged with that lady from few chapters ago. Feeling betrayed, she reaches out for her and gets her help to run away from him. War breaks and all of a sudden she is pregnant and in another (enemy) country all alone. She actually finds some friends helping her through, but the whole situation is still miserable. He finds a way to break the engagement he was in (long tedious story, not worth more words) and actually guides the assault during the war, conquering the land she is in at that point. They meet again, but that's a little bickering and still you need to wait a bit even for her to tell him that she had his kiddo (he was aware BTW). Then she leaves (alove with the kid) to return in their homeland, he somehow gets injured in a war attack, and in a turn of events she becomes the Head of her own house, and waits for him there until he recovers. Final scene: he walking in the garden where they first met, kiddo recognises him, family hug. End.
