I didn't get it at all. Regardless of that, Fuck u IPO!!!

I mean the baby is the biological son of 2 men so science was involved. They pretty much said that the 2 protagonist are the peak of humanity, but they're still just "humans" so in their eyes they're still defective. So they combined their DNA and used both of them to raise the kid so it would develop in a "normal way " and take in the best qualities of his parents instead of as lab rat. They're trying to make a new race of humans lol
