We dont know Jiwoos dad. Gion could be the dad cause they do look alike but Jiwoo also looks exactly like his mom so the dad could be a completely different character. Gion being the dad would explain why Kayden decided to teach Jiwoo tho . . .

Also I can't remember fully but do we know about Jiwoos Dad? Cause his Resemblance is so uncanny with Veromontes son Gion . . . and just a long shot imagine Kayden see that resemblance too and take Jiwoos as his disciple as kind of pay to the "terrible accident"
