i need someone who read the prequel to explain something for me. so i havent read home cooking but now that we got pd’s pov of the past it seems that he hasn’t really fallen in love again or made any effort to be in a serious relationship after breaking up with jooyoung. and the flashback also didnt showed him interacting with characters from the previous series specially he’s love interest in the prequel. so my question is how serious was he with mc from the prequel. like whats the dynamic? bcus if he genuinely liked and wanted the mc from the prequel then that’s a big plothole for the story cus author was clearly implying here that pd has been yearning for jooyoung for a long time and has never felt “love” until he meets him again 10 years later.
