Its "Niidzuma-kun to Arao-kun Okawari (Yaoi)"
Satoshi and Kakeru (Yaoi) is the first one I believe, it was also briefly in The "Flow" in flower.

Dearest it was this host as the top and this really obsessive writer as the bottom. It's been my wallpaper for age, I just switched phones and want to go collect the image again, however.. I have since realized that I lost it saved I believe in the great wipe that happened a little bit ago :( can one of you dearest please help me locate it? I cannot remember the name, although my mind saying "flow" but I think it was a miniseries in that? I'm unsure :(
