I’m just like…not into this at all, they have zero chemistry, and greyson is genuinely such an unlikable mc, and I get this whole thing is that’s he’s supposed to be this irritating guy, but if the reader also finds him genuinely insufferable?? like we have issues.
Greysons attitude and overall world view towards love and this idea of his ‘perfect mate,’ just don’t fit his character, especially not given the way he treats people. Sure, he doesn’t understand or sympathize with human emotion, but he clearly understands cause and effect relationships. That treating people a certain way elicits an expected response, and yet still goes out of his way to mess with Dane, despite believe he’s his ‘perfect mate.’ It just feels very out of left field for a character like Grayson who has been SO historically cruel to Chase to have some kind of childlike belief in true love.
I also think him making comments about consent and rape are hilarious considering his actions mentioned in KMIYC.
Also, the art style is just lacking a ton, I won’t say it’s horrendous, but it’s not good, and at the very least is a serious downgrade from kiss me if you can. It’s not hot, and the characters aren’t good enough to make up for it.
