Imo I can't fully blame Jericho cause she's just a side character that has no choice because she's fictional, it's the fucking Mangaka that we should hate because he chose a lot of this shitty decisions, creating character assassinations and bad writing.
Heck imma be honest I'm a larper who watch clips and spoiler tweets and the only reason why I was interested in 7ds in the first place is the opening song and my favs Jericho and Escanor. I can't stand to watch it because of how annoying and touchy Meliodas is. When I remember the revelation of Jericho in this sequel turned into a pedo a few years back I was devastated. Like how did my strong willed girl who wanted to prove that she can be a holy Knight despite her brother's misogynistic ass, arrogant but loyal and good to the people she cares about, and kinda backed away from her one sided love when Ban was in love with thousand years old looking child. I watch and read the discussions of that chapter reveal and about this spin off manga when it was recent and a ton of people were either surprised, devastated, and said some of the antagonists of this story who used to be good guys in the 7ds story doesn't make sense.
