I understand what the author was trying to go for, and the execution was really cute! I enjoyed their story and liked how the conflicts were wrapped up, but I honestly can't get over how they met bruh You're deadass telling me that the mc was criticizing his ex for teaching a minor and then going out with said minor the moment she turned 20, when he did the same thing... I'm not saying that his intention was to date that teenager in the first place, and I understand that this was meant to cause some friction at first, but it's such a big part of their relationship that it was hard for me to read sometimes during that whole ex situation. The in the side stories, though they met briefly, the mc met the ml when he was a child! I don't understand why they can't meet as adults and still be a cute couple. I know that the mc didn't begin having feelings until much later and that this isn't grooming, so don't get that mixed up. I just felt weird about how the author went about their entire meeting in both the main and side stories. Why make them so young if the plan was to make them split up for 3 years? Ml was still a minor when he confessed and made mc feel uncomfortable, and that is what caused them to split. I honestly feel like them having a close relationship as a teacher x student is what threw me off, because at least in the side stories, the mc met him so briefly that it was probably the most insignificant, forgettable moment of his life, THEN they met again and bonded, which felt less weird imo It's still weird, but at least he wasn't an adult who got really close to a minor, then eventually got together with that minor. There's just no good way to put it. Other than that, this story IS cute and the chibis are adorable the story flows coherently and the art isn't ugly. I just needed to vent about... that.
